01Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or purchasing services through Sytax Media Marketing (“SMM”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform or services.

02User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account. You agree not to share your account credentials or allow third parties unauthorized access to your account.

Sytax Media Marketing will never ask for your social media account passwords. We only require public usernames, profile links, or post URLs to deliver services.

03Service Delivery & Execution

Sytax Media Marketing provides automated social growth and marketing promotion services across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter / X, Facebook, Spotify, and more.

• Public Profiles: Accounts and posts must remain public for the entire duration of the delivery. Private accounts cannot receive delivery.
• Delivery Timelines: Delivery speed varies depending on platform algorithms, server workload, and order quantity. Estimates provided are guidelines and not guaranteed deadlines.
• Simultaneous Orders: Placing multiple simultaneous orders for the exact same URL before the previous order finishes may cause count overlapping and is not recommended.

04Payments, Wallet Top-Ups & Sytax Pay

All transactions and wallet credits on Sytax Media Marketing are managed through our proprietary payment gateway, Sytax Pay, supporting instant manual and automated deposits via mobile financial services (bKash & Nagad).

• Wallet deposits are denominated in USD with real-time BDT exchange rate conversions.
• You must enter a valid Transaction ID (TrxID) and sender number corresponding to your deposit.
• Fraudulent transaction attempts, chargebacks, or falsified transaction records will result in immediate permanent account termination and forfeiture of wallet balance.

05Refund & Refill Policy

Due to the digital nature of promotional services, once an order is placed and processing has commenced, it cannot be edited or refunded to your external bank/mobile financial account.

• Failed Orders: If an order cannot be completed due to technical failure or platform unavailability, the unfulfilled amount will be automatically refunded back to your SMM wallet balance.
• Refill Guarantees: Services tagged with refill guarantees are eligible for automated or manual top-up replenishment within their specified warranty window.

Sytax Media Marketing is an independent marketing provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, ByteDance, TikTok, Google, YouTube, X Corp., or any other third-party social media company. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
